If you consent to receive conversational and informational SMS from Mo’s Gallery, you agree to receive SMS from us regarding the status of your current order(s), issues or delays with your current order(s) or any other information relating to ongoing services we are providing to you. You will NOT receive any promotional or solicitations from Mo’s Gallery through SMS.

These terms govern your use of Mo’s Gallery services and products. By accessing our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

Payment Terms

All transactions on Mo’s Gallery are processed securely. We accept various payment methods to ensure a seamless experience. Unless a prior agreement has been made, a 50% deposit is required on all custom work with balances due upon pick up / delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns on custom work. If there is ever a problem with quality or craftsmanship, we will replace any defective materials. We can only issue refunds on custom orders before materials have been ordered. Returns, exchanges or refunds on purchases of finished goods (not custom work) will be issued if returned within 14 days of purchase and in original, unaltered condition.
