Return and Refund Policy
Mo's Gallery & Fine Framing is committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you need to return an item we will refund your purchase less shipping costs*. Hardware returns must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition for full refund. Mirror returns must be packed in original shipping container, undamaged and in resalable condition. If a returned item arrives back to us in less than perfect condition, Mo’s Gallery & Fine Framing reserves the right to negotiate a partial refund based on the condition of the goods. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 2 business days to receive a replacement or full refund. If you choose to have your purchase refunded, we will credit your account when we receive the damaged goods.
*Custom orders are non-returnable unless damaged or flawed.
Some of the frames we offer are solid hardwood or genuine wood veneers. Slight variations in grain and tone are expected. Some woods have natural occurring knots or differing grain patterns. These are not flaws and are considered part of the beauty and uniqueness of natural solid woods and wood veneers.
