Mission Statement and History
Mo’s Gallery & Fine Framing was established in 1985 by owner Mo Gaul. The small frame shop that Mo originally opened has grown over the years but to this day Mo’s Gallery & Fine Framing makes quality and personal service a priority. We have friendly and experienced staff who can answer your questions on design, art, conservation, framing, mirrors, art hanging or just general creative ideas.
Mo Gaul ~ Owner
Mo stumbled into picture framing by happenstance. He was a starving artist trying to make his way in photography. Mo started to frame his own work and discovered that he had a real talent for it. He ran the frame shop inside Ben Franklin’s for four years before buying it. In 1989, Mo moved his business to the Copenhagen Design Center and Mo’s Gallery & Fine Framing was born. Mo still works at the store almost every day and enjoys chatting with his customers both old and new. His expertise, eye for design and love of the job has kept customers coming back for over 25 years.
Corinne McClintock
When it comes to the framing business, Corinne was born into it – literally. She is Mo’s daughter and has learned the business from him but fell in love with the store on her own. Corinne started her college career as Nutrition major but after several years of working for her parents on weekends, summers, and eventually full time, she decided to continue in her father’s footsteps and continue the legacy he started. She eventually wants to take over the business when Mo is ready to retire. (For those who know Mo that could be awhile.) Corinne is excited about being the next generation to carry on her father’s tradition.
